The standard- developments

Any development of apartments or semi-detached houses by the sea with common services is referred to as ‘Pueblos’.
The latest developments of Group VAPF in Cumbre del Sol are Pueblo Panorama, Pueblo Montecala and Bonavista de Montecala.
In all three cases, they comprise developments of terraced apartments grouped in 3 or 4 storied buildings with just 1 or 2 apartments per floor.
